Downloading Swept App

This App can be found by visiting Here you are can Download from the App Store or Google Play Store depending on your device type.  

Logging Into Swept App

Once this App has been downloaded it will bring you to the login screen. Here is where you can enter in the login information we have provided for you. If we have not yet provided you with this information, contact us and we’ll make sure you get it right away:

Communicating With Us Through Swept App

Once signed in, the home screen provides you the option to chat with us through the “Messages” tab, or give us a call through the “Call” button. When you receive a new message from us that has not yet been read, a red icon will appear on the message board with the number of messages for your attention.

Once clicked into the message board you can read any new messages as well as type a reply in the indicated area.

If you would like to share a photo with us about your space, we would love to see them! Anything from something our cleaners have done very well, to showing us something we need to improve on. We would like you to be an active part in our quality control process so that we are always improving on the service we are providing for you.

You can attach a photo to this message board by taking a photo with your camera, or by attaching a photo you have taken previously.

If something important comes up that needs our immediate attention, you can mark that message as urgent. These messages will appear red on our message board. We will try to respond to these messages at our earliest convenience.

If you would rather chat over the phone, you can always click on the phone icon from the main screen to reach us. The number here is preprogrammed to route you to the most appropriate person to chat with.

Using Text Messages to Communicate With Us Through Swept

You are able to use text messaging to text the client message board where all managers approved to the cleaning location are able to see the message and reply.

**Your Phone number must be approved in order to send us texts via Swept. We do not receive text messages from unapproved numbers. If you want to add/edit phone numbers please contact us.

How To Use

  1. Send a Text Message to the Support Number (+18442554512)
  2. Make sure to save this number to your phone exactly as it is written above.
  3. We will receive the message on our end via Swept
  4. When we reply you will receive a response via Text Message
